Got up to Killington around 7 pm Friday night. Jersey Joe is the only guy in town. Went to the Lookout for a few. Jersey Joe entertains us with Consumer Reports--everything from cell phones to hybrid cars.
Skiing today was okay. We started the day refusing to share a gondola with a screaming, angry toddler. Instead we rode up with the Florescent Twin Tip Twins.
Decent coverage in the Glades. Nice soft, small bumps. Every young stud in the tri-state area was in the East Glade (now called Rhythm? Rime? Upper East Falls? Can never remember).
Lower Bunny Buster another story. HUGE brown snow spots. Crowded. Rocks. Get me out of here. The only sun all day was in the parking lot.
The Bay One Bashers were in their usual spot. Talked to neighbor Ray for a bit until his burger was ready.
Tonight? We may hit Santa Fe hoping our old neighbor Ginny is there to hook us up with locals passes. Steve used to shovel her out. She loves Steve. Don't we all.
