Our People Are Here

We've got people! The Damons have been here. M & M came today. Bronco Barb & Pico Pete are here too. Let the good times begin.

Like lunch. Diana has been all excited about the Arnold's Sandwich Thins. Bob was much less enthusiastic. "Where's the meat?" he wanted to know after flicking off the lettuce he claimed was wilted. A real sandwich, Bob-style, consists of 1/2 pound of bologna between two slices of white bread. Bob then he criticized Diana's potato chip eating style and she shot back and the two of them sounded like Ralph and Alice Kramden. Or the Bickersons!

It was warm today with a nuisance wind. Pretty good snow most places. Bear had all the sun and long lines. Best trail over there was Grizzly. Given about 5 more degrees and a bit more sun, that would have developed some sweet bumps. There were a gazillion people on Wildfire, so I didn't go there.

After lunch it was tough to see, but we did East Fall which was pretty good. The surprise of the day was our last run on Chute late in the day. The snow was fabulous!

Now it's 6 PM and while the rest of us are clean, Michael has yet to bathe. It doesn't look good. Pete, you want the over on that one?

In the meantime, Wayne texted from Waterville with George. He was taking George to the bar at 2:41 PM. What took them so long? WWWD?
