Epic

Annie, Byron, Michael, Steve, & me. Byron says one of the top three days ever. I don't think I've ever skied in so much snow. We woke up to 20 inches and it kept up hard all day. Lots of crotch shots, thigh shots. We laughed and hooted all day. Byron howled. If we can't be at Telluride, we were glad to be here. All day long the snow filled in tracks.

Run of the day? Tough. The Interceptor is up there. Tons of snow in there. Timber was on fire in there. Highline. Under the Northbrook Chair. Is that a trail? It is now. Everything is now. Steve says Old Superstar to the bottom of New Superstar way over to the left.

Phat Luvs were fabulous. They float atop everything. "Annie has skis that float like the Titanic," says Michael.

We might need to break into B & D's for Bob's fat skis, since Steve's beastly wife only buys fat skis for herself.

Michael & Annie went back to the Val-Rock Love Shack. One bed, one sofa bed and two bad backs.

My father complains that my refrigerator is too cold and his beer is too cold. He leaves it out on the counter, two at a time, to warm up. My mother cleans up the kitchen and puts them back. And on and on. He came up in all this snow wearing sneakers. Sneakers. Tim & Dee brought us lunch. He came wearing Steve's boots. How many days are they staying???

More snow to arrive tonight. What girl doesn't dream of 20 inches every night?

Off to Pico tomorrow.

Too tired to write more.

Simply epic.
